Since the launch of its franchise in 2014, Bagel Corner has experienced strong growth. The brand opens about 15 additional outlets every year, with the goal of eventually reaching 700 restaurants. To meet all the challenges associated with this development, Bagel Corner equipped its network with a software suite that was deployed in a few weeks.

Thus, the IEA, after having solicited the restaurant owner on several occasions for specific events, considered opening a cafeteria with SaintCondé.
