SiRHA, the International Trade Fair for the Catering, Hotel and Food Industry

The year 2023 is off to a great start with the International Hotel, Restaurant and Food Trade Show, also known as Sirha. This event takes place in Lyon (EUROEXPO) from January 19 to 23.

On the menu? 5 days to discover numerous innovations and reflect on the challenges and opportunities of today and tomorrow.

It is also an opportunity to attend major competitions such as the French Bakery Cup, which honors the expertise of artisan bakers, or the Golden Scale competition for the best preparation and presentation of a seafood platter. Rest'Hôtel & Métiers de Bouche, a promising first edition

After Brest, Tours and Rouen, the REST'HOTEL & Métiers de Bouche trade show is coming to the Arcachon basin for its first edition on January 29 and 30. SIPRHO, the exhibition for Beaches, Bars, Restaurants & Hotels

SIPRHOSIPRHO, this name will surely sound familiar to you if you work as a restaurant owner in the south of France. HORESTA Hauts-de-France, an ambitious third edition

For its third edition, this show will be held from September 24 to 26 at the Parc des Expositions Lille Grand Palais.

On the program for these three days? Numerous conferences to discover the trends, news and challenges of the catering sector, competitions to promote French know-how, demonstrations and, above all, great meetings with some of the 110 exhibitors present. As a bonus, you can even satisfy your taste buds by tasting the products offered at the various stands. 

Serbotel celebrates its 38th anniversary

From October 22 to 25, 2023, we will meet at the Parc des Expositions in Nantes for the 20th edition of the Serbotel.

This event, which brings together more than 29,000 visitors and 400 exhibitors, has become a must for professionals in the hotel, restaurant and catering industries. With a rich program of conferences, trainings, demonstrations and speed-coaching, you will have the opportunity to meet new suppliers, to exchange with potential partners and to discover the innovations likely to boost and modernize your establishment. 

CHR Pro Expo, the professional meeting place of the South

From November 9 to November 10, 2023, the CHR PRO EXPO will take place at the Avignon Exhibition Center.

This exhibition aims to bring together all professionals not only from the tourism sector (restaurant owners and hoteliers), but also from the catering industry (hospitals, clinics, retirement homes, etc.). Exp'Hotel Bordeaux, the trade show attracting professionals from the South West

We close this year with theEXP'HOTEL which will be held in Bordeaux from November 19 to 21, 2023.

Chaired by the chef Philippe Etchebest, this show is aimed at professionals from the New Aquitaine region who want to discover new products and trends in the following sectors: food, beverages, decoration, tableware, furnishings, services and equipment.
