Becchi, founded by 2 brothers, Baptiste and Matthieu, is a concept specializing in pinsa, a light and easily digestible variant of pizza. With two restaurants in Nation and Madeleine, Becchi strives to bring this unique Italian specialty to as many people as possible.
For their second restaurant, located in an office district, Baptiste and Matthieu knew they'd be faced with a fluidity challenge (lots of customers in a short space of time).
