The concept of the Italian restaurant chain Del Arte is a perfect example of innovation! More digital, nomadic and experiential, the chain wants to be as close as possible to the new expectations of its diners.

The famous Flunch chain has also decided to innovate its concept! 

More modern and fun, it has focused on entertainment. Creation of a bar area open all day, cosier areas, informative content on the origin or nature of the products, or duplicable and customizable thematic cubes. The restaurant is resolutely young and innovative!

The concept will be rolled out in 100 restaurants between 2023 and 2024.

With its new Itsu restaurant, the Bertrand Group is continuing its development by focusing on Asian street food, a concept straight from England.

The first restaurants, which are opening one after the other in the capital and will be available for franchising in 2024, offer more than 50 hot and cold Asian dishes in a warm atmosphere.

In 2024, fast food continues to grow in popularity!

Trendy concepts in catering

Innovation is not just for fast food and traditional restaurants! Yes, the original catering concept is also present in collective catering.

Concept n°10 : when foodservice focuses on fresh, local and organic produce

The catering sector has also developed. And for good reason, local and organic products are now required. 

Indeed, the process began with a law coming into force on January 1, 2020, where the National Assembly voted a provision requiring the introduction of 40% local or seasonal products, and 20% organic products, in public catering. 

The establishments had to follow the movement for the greatest pleasure of the guests!

Concept n°11 : when foodservice includes corners

Gone are the basic canteens, replaced by corner-type spaces: themed kiosks, food trucks, salad bars, sandwich counters and even a coffee shop. Everything is more modern, fun and attractive!
