Their concept
Launched in May 2023 by Stéphane Bourdon (creator of Petites Gouttes, former COO of La Bellevilloise), Little Drop is a bubbling, protean concept combining events, catering and currently a residence at 211, in the heart of the Parc de la Villette.

No limits, polished communication and, above all, a menu that makes customers salivate.
Their challenges
The appeal of 211 lies in its 300m² outdoor terrace and large capacity.
But it's also a constant headache for the Little Drop team, who have to cope with up to 200 orders a day. With families, curious onlookers and tourists passing through, rushes are intense and every second counts to ensure that no customer is lost.
The second challenge was to offer our teams, who work on a regular basis, a solution that was quick and easy to learn, and that would enable them to be effective immediately.

"As the till is mobile, it's ideal for going out on the terrace, taking and cashing in extra orders. When I no longer have to wait at the counter, this freedom allows me to go out and meet my customers, chat with regulars and build loyalty with customers who work nearby."
Simplify your accounting
To complete its cash register, Little Drop chose IO Pay, the payment solution developed by Innovorder. What convinced them was the fact that they could turn to a single point of contact for their entire payment solution, offering a contract tailored to their needs.
"Before IO Pay, we had a contract with our bank in addition to our cashier provider. We had to track down all our figures, which was long and tedious. Today, our accountant is delighted because she only has one export to download, with all the necessary information."
What next?
Little Drop still hasn't found its limits!
The team is currently working on developing its catering offer to become a fixture at French festivals, offering a cutting-edge menu and a unique customer experience.
